Classroom News
I hope everyone has had a great week! I did not post a newsletter this week because I did not have any "news" to dissemenate. As the year progresses and everyone has become used to the routine, there is less and less news to give. Newsletters and blog posts will no longer be weekly, but on an as needed basis. Please continue to send notes or emails as needed.
- We had a wonderful trip to the Nature Museum yesterday where the students were able to touch a Madagascar cockroach, turtle, snake, and chicken. We learned a lot about winter animals, insects, native North Carolina animals, and butterflies. We even saw a live snake feeding! THANKS for being "on top of things" as a class and packing all lunches in Ziploc containers.
- The 100th day of school is coming up in February. Details to come soon...
- An email went out today about the school's new attendance policy. I've read through it and have included it below. Please make sure you read through it and let me, Mrs. Euton, or Dr. Postma know if you have any questions.
