News for a Short Week

I hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend.  A few things about next week. 

• Next week is a short week with no school on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.  I hope everyone is able to enjoy their Thanksgiving Holiday surrounded by friends and family. 
• Next Tuesday is a school-wide pajama day in honor of Mrs. Bernard's PJ drive through Scholastic.  
• We have buddies next week!  We will be making mug cupcakes.  Please send a mug to school in your child's lunchbox on Monday. 
• Our classroom feast is also next Tuesday.  Please let me know if you plan to attend so we have arrangements made.  You are able to send a dish that morning or bring it with you.  The feast will begin at 12:00 and last for approximately 1 hour.
• If you signed up for potatoes or cranberries, please send those on Monday so we are able to cook them for our feast as a class.  
• We have several allergies in our classroom to wheat, milk, peanuts, eggs, etc.  Please keep this in mind when sending in vegetables and other side dishes (For instance, don't butter steamed vegetables- send with seasoning or butter on the side).
