Weekly Newsletter

Below I have posted the weekly newsletter.  I have also emailed it as a PDF attachment.  I did both this week because I heard that some people cannot view the picture below of the newsletter.  I cannot upload items as attachments on the blog, so the picture is the best I can do.  

Therefore, I will try to post it and email it.  I realize this means that you will be getting the newsletter twice each week and it is not my goal to overload your inbox with messages and reminders.  Please let me know which method you prefer (email with PDF attachment or Blog post with newsletter or both) so I can use the method(s) that are preferred by our class. 

Lastly... at the top of the newsletter I indicated that conference information will be sent home this week.  This is in regards to Parent-Teacher conferences that are on our school calendar in October (18th & 19th).  However, I will not be at school on these days and will need to hold my parent-teacher conferences a week early (Oct. 11 & 12).  I will be absent for several days in October and conference days happen to occur while I will be away.  I will be traveling to India and absent from school October 17-28.  Miss Crowther is a certified teacher and will be my substitute.  We will also have a substitute teacher in the classroom to act as the assistant during this time.  Please let me know if you have any questions about my absence or conferences once you receive the information.
