Field Trips!!!

I am pleased to announce that field trips for the entire year were finalized and approved today!  Below is a picture of the document that will go home in your child's daily folder for you to keep as a reference and add to your calendars.  The total for all field trips this year is $106.00 and can be paid trip by trip, monthly, or in one lump sum for the entire year.  However you choose to pay, please send in cash.  If you choose to pay in one lump sum, you are able to walk it into the classroom to hand directly to Miss Crowther or myself rather than sending it in your child's daily folder. 

All field trips and information about them have also been added to www.mrsaevents.com for the entire year.  If you choose to chaperone, you will need to sign up on the events website.  Links to the general field trip chaperone form as well as the library chaperone form can be found on the right hand side of the blog as well as on the front page of the events website.

Please understand that we have to pay for all field trips in advance.  Due to to this policy from the various museums and places we are visiting, there are no refunds regardless of how you pay for the year's trips.  This is something that is out of our control.  Also, if you have a membership to Discovery Place and/or the surrounding museums, it is not valid on field trips for your child or as a chaperone.  You must pay for the trip.  This is another policy that is out of our control, so I am sorry for the inconvenience.
