Required Forms

I received notice on Friday that many of our class' families have not turned in the required Kindergarten Health forms.  These forms are only required in Kindergarten and are required by the state.  They are due to the office by September 21, 2012. 

I have sent out individual emails to everyone who is missing forms.  If you did not receive an email, we have received all of your paperwork.
